Filling an open apex without over-extruding bioceramic putty? Not as easy as it looks! 😅 In this case, I carefully placed bioceramic putty up to the middle third, creating a solid apical barrier—without pushing it beyond the apex (because nobody wants a periapical souvenir 😂). Then, I capped it off with warmed gutta-percha for a predictable seal.
